Doing a call out for some soy!
If anyone sees this item in the stores - please let me know. I discovered it last year and it is YUM-O.
Sophia is lactose intolerant and I love getting this soy to make Pumpkin pancakes, cookies, and breads for her! This year I will buy a lot and make then freeze.

Oh, it is called Silk Pumpkin Spice (Soy). If another brand is out there, that is fine too!
