Thank you all who serve. Both the service members and the families. To the woman who stepped up when they aren't allowed to serve and now serve because we can!Thank you all for serving. Both today and past. Thank beyond words that I can muster here... thank you for my freedom.
Thank you to my grandfathers who have served, to my uncles who have served, to my dad and (step)dad who have both served 30 years in the Air Force, to my brother-in-law, to my husband who has 12 years on active duty. And to their wives, mothers and sisters who prayed for them along the way. To their children who patiently waited at home as they protected our freedom today. To my husband who I know it is hard to leave, to be shot at, to see and hear the things that no man or woman should, who brings the fallen home on the C-5, and brings the items needed so they can fight the fight who has also flown the KC 135 (that big gas station in the sky!). I love you. I love who you are and what you do. I stand beside you and I will be here every time you come through that front door. I respect you for the Godly man you are and continue to be. I thank you for the father you are to our children. Thank you for serving our country.
Jill
